Blue and white silk tallit

 

The main piece is softly glowing ivory dupioni silk, and the stripes as well as the atarah are of medium blue dupioni. I wanted to keep the look very clean and simple, and so I used only one shade of blue throughout. I embroidered the full tallit blessing by hand on the atarah, and I am making a co-ordinating lined, zippered bag.

This tallit is now sold.
