White, Blue and Silver

Here is another blue and white design I just completed. The royal blue and light silver dupioni look striking against the bright white linen blend of the main piece.

I embroidered the full tallit blessing on an all-blue atarah in white Hebrew script letters. I am also making a co-ordinating lined, zippered bag.

This tallit is now sold, but I can make a similar one.

Blue and White Cotton

I just made this simple blue and white tallit, and casual as it is, I think it's very handsome.

The unbleached Osnaburg cotton and the striped fouta cotton give this tallit a homespun feel. I used this same Osnaburg cotton once for a customer who wanted a tallit with an "ancient look".

The fresh and clean blue and white color scheme is perfect for a tallit. I am also making a coordinating lined, zippered bag.

This tallit is now sold, but I often make similar ones.

Rainbow Tallit

It's June again, and so I made another rainbow tallit. I used bright white linen blend as a back drop for a striking wide stripe of vivid rainbow colors. Each color stripe is an inch and a half wide. On the atarah, I hand-embroidered in Hebrew script letters a quote from Parashat Noach (Gen. 9:13) - "Et kashti natati beanan - My bow I set in the cloud".

A matching lined, zippered bag is included in the price.

This tallit has now been sold, but I can make another one.

Royal Blue and White

A striking look in this tallit of bright white and deep royal blue. My customer wanted a "beach cabana" look - hence the evenly spaced wide stripes. I would have made the stripes narrower, but I ended up liking it.

This tallit is sold, but I wanted to show it here as an example of a style I don't often make. This one was designed by the Bar Mitzvah and his mother.

White Tallit with Silver, Black, and Blue

Here is a tallit with a sophisticated color scheme: black, silver, and smokey blue stripes against winter-white linen blend. I embroidered the full tallit blessing on the atarah in Hebrew print letters, and I am also making a matching lined, zippered bag of grey cotton with a stripe of black and blue.
This one is now sold, but I have more of the fabrics and could make another one.
